Contact us

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Hamqadam Public Organization (10 J. Rasulov St., Sino district, Dushanbe). We process data in line with the personal data protection law of the Republic of Tajikistan. For questions about data processing, write to hamqadam2026@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

  • At sign-up: your name, email address, phone number (if given) and chosen role.
  • When you sign in with Google, LinkedIn or Telegram: the account ID, name and email address the service shares; for Telegram, your username (@username) if you have one.
  • For volunteers: date of birth, city, skills and interests, the legal guardian consent mark; volunteer hours, reviews and rating entered by curators.
  • In Hamqadam Academy: course progress, test results and issued certificates.
  • Events and contests: registrations, attendance marks and submitted entries.
  • An identity document — only if you uploaded it yourself.
  • Vacancy applications and tender bids: contact details, the cover letter and attached PDF files.
  • Messages sent through the Contacts form: name, email and message text.
  • Technical data: IP address and server request logs needed for security.

3. Why we use your data

  • to run your account and personal area;
  • to keep the volunteer book and issue verifiable statements and certificates;
  • to register you for events, remind you about them and send notifications;
  • to review vacancy applications and tender bids and answer enquiries;
  • to protect the platform against abuse and intrusion.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

4. Users under 18

The platform is for people aged 14 and over. If a user is under 18, signing up as a volunteer requires the consent of a legal guardian. From minors we collect only the data needed to run the platform.

5. Who can see your data

  • Your profile is private by default. If you make it public, others will see your name and the details you choose to show.
  • A public certificate or volunteer book verification page shows the name, the course title or hours information, the issue date and the document status — only to someone who has the number or QR code.
  • The organization’s staff see data to the extent their work requires: curators see participants of their events, moderators see applications and contest entries.

6. Sharing with third parties

  • The hosting provider whose servers run the platform and the email service used to send messages process data on our behalf.
  • Google, LinkedIn and Telegram receive sign-in information only if you choose to sign in with them.
  • We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.

The hosting provider’s servers may be located outside the Republic of Tajikistan.

7. Storage and protection

  • Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
  • Identity documents, contest entries and application files are stored privately and opened by staff through temporary links.
  • Account data is kept while the account exists. Vacancy applications and tender bids are kept until selection ends; staff can delete them together with their files.
  • Confirmed volunteer book entries and certificate records may be kept in an archive to answer verification requests.

8. Cookies and local storage

To keep you signed in, the platform stores a sign-in key in your browser’s local storage. When you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, a temporary technical cookie is set to protect against request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

9. Your rights

  • to find out what data about you is stored;
  • to correct inaccurate data — in your profile or on request;
  • to withdraw consent and ask us to delete your account;
  • to change your profile visibility and notification settings.

To exercise these rights, write to hamqadam2026@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with its date. We will notify registered users of significant changes.

11. Contact

Send questions about personal data to hamqadam2026@gmail.com or through the form on the Contacts page.
