1. General provisions
The hamqadam.tj platform (the “platform”) is owned and operated by Hamqadam Public Organization (10 J. Rasulov St., Sino district, Dushanbe) (the “organization”).
The platform includes the organization’s public website, the personal account, the volunteer book and the Hamqadam Academy learning module. The platform is free to use.
By signing up or using the platform you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Sign-up and your account
- You can sign up with an email address or with Google, LinkedIn or Telegram.
- When signing up you choose a role: user or volunteer. You can activate a role later in your profile. Staff roles are assigned by an administrator.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Do not share your password or account access. Tell us if you suspect your account has been compromised.
- The platform is for people aged 14 and over. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.
3. Volunteer book
- Volunteer hours and reviews are entered and confirmed only by event curators and administrators. Volunteers can view their book and export it as a PDF, but cannot change entries.
- The PDF statement has a QR code and a number for checking its authenticity on the website.
- Forging a statement or trying to change entries is a serious breach of these terms.
4. Hamqadam Academy and certificates
- A certificate is issued automatically when you complete a course with a passing score.
- Every certificate has a unique number and a public verification page at hamqadam.tj/verify.
- The organization may revoke a certificate obtained in breach of the rules (for example, if someone else took the test). The status on the verification page changes immediately.
5. Events, contests and applications
- You can register for events in your account; if there are no places left, you can join the waiting list. Attendance is recorded with a QR code.
- You submit contest entries under your own responsibility: they must be your own work. How the organization uses entries is set out in the rules of each contest.
- Vacancy applications and tender bids are reviewed by the organization’s staff. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
6. Rules of conduct
On the platform you must not:
- provide someone else’s or knowingly false information, or use someone else’s account;
- insult other people or post illegal, offensive or advertising content;
- upload files containing malware, try to access other people’s data or disrupt the platform;
- use the platform to send spam or for commercial purposes without the organization’s consent.
7. Platform content
Texts, the logo, courses and other platform materials belong to the organization or are used with the rights holders’ permission. You may use them for personal learning; any other use requires the organization’s permission.
8. Liability
- We work to keep the platform running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and technical failures may occur.
- The organization is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the platform.
- You are responsible for the data and materials you post on the platform.
9. Suspending and deleting an account
If these terms are breached, the organization may restrict access to an account or delete it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hamqadam2026@gmail.com. The organization may keep confirmed volunteer book entries and issued certificates in an archive so that it can answer verification requests.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept the new version.
